Stress management, wellness education, and breath focus anxiety reduction techniques for nurse anesthesia program, Harris College, and as requested by departments at TCU.

Education presentations at state and national professional associations. Topics include fluid management, infection control, multimodal analgesia, stress management, and breath focus techniques to reduce anxiety or tension.

Developed and maintain the electronic portfolio for each cohort of nurse anesthesia residents. An example portfolio was created to guide students in developing their own unique, professional portfolio that is maintained during the 3 year program.
