Sport & Exercise Psychology Lab

Take the Lead On enhancing performance through cognitive and behavior skills training.

The overall goal of the sport and exercise psychology lab is to examine psychological factors that are associated with participation and performance in sport, exercise, and other achievement-oriented activities. Scientific knowledge must be integrated with the knowledge gained from professional practice.

Students in the lab examine how to enhance human performance and the impact of technology on physical activity from a psychophysiological prescriptive. Additionally, students are active in a variety of applied sport psychology research.
