MSN Nursing Administration & Leadership

The nurse administration and leadership track at TCU equips the graduate with critical knowledge, skills, and abilities to manage and lead nursing units or departments at the highest level to assure quality patient outcomes, provide guidance and mentorship, and serve as a liaison between all levels of any organization. This degree can facilitate graduate career advancement and professional goals in most health care settings including academic medical centers, community hospitals, rehabilitation centers, clinics, and home health agencies.

Clinical Experience

One year of full-time experience or its equivalent as a registered nurse is preferred.
