Nursing Departmental Honors Program
Pursuing Departmental Honors allows high-achieving nursing students to engage one on one with faculty to complete a scholarly project that enhances understanding of the research process as it applies to nursing.
TCU Nursing honors students typically begin developing their honors proposals and identifying a faculty mentor in the Junior II semester. Students continue their scholarly work throughout their senior year with mentorship, advisement, and support from the faculty. Students are expected to disseminate findings from their project at the university, regionally, and nationally.
