Harris College has a vision to transform global health. Our team of dedicated students, faculty and staff realize this vision with the help of supporters like the Albanese family from San Jose, California.

This TCU Gives Day, they have made a generous commitment to Harris College in support of the Department of Kinesiology’s Athletic Training program because they believe in the future of the program and Harris College’s ability to prepare the next generation of health care providers. If Harris College receives 300 gifts of any amount on TCU Gives Day, the Albaneses’ special gift will be unlocked.

“We believe that every student should have the opportunity to achieve their academic goals,” said Julie Albanese. “Together, we can build upon an environment in which our faculty, staff and students can engage and thrive.”

TCU Gives Day is a 24-hour online challenge that highlights the importance of philanthropy and how it impacts every student at the university. This year, Gives Day takes place from noon to noon on October 3 and 4. The Albaneses challenge Harris College supporters to join them in making a gift on TCU Gives Day.

Supporters can direct their gift to the Harris College program of their choice, while supporting Lead On: A Campaign for TCU, the university’s most ambitious philanthropic effort in its 150-year history.
