Beth Rogers, assistant professor of nursing, was recently announced as a Fellow in the National League for Nursing, recognizing her leadership and creativity in her field.
“So much of who I am as an educator has been shaped by mentors, colleagues, students and collaborators who have taught me, challenged me, and helped me grow,” Rogers said. “I am deeply grateful for this recognition and hope to honor the people who have invested in me by continuing to learn, grow and give back to the nursing education community.”
Suzy Lockwood, associate dean of nursing, celebrates Rogers’ well-deserved honor.
“Dr. Beth Rogers’ selection as a Fellow in the National League for Nursing is a testament to her dedication to nursing education and her impact on students, colleagues and the profession as a whole,” Lockwood said. “We are grateful for the innovation and passion she brings to TCU Nursing every day.”
The induction is set for Sept. 23 to 25 in Washington, D.C., where Rogers will be among the 44 nursing professionals being inducted this year, marking the largest number of distinguished nurses recognized in the 20th class of inductees.
