Without community, we cannot grow. Harris College alumni focus their efforts on community and community building as they use the skills they learned at TCU to create a better future for others. Look no further than Licensed Social Worker Abriana Terrell ’18 and her holistic approach to homelessness.

Steve Enright is a commander with the TCU Police Department who decided to complete his undergraduate degree after 32 years with the Fort Worth Police Department and joining TCU Police in 2019.

Associate Professor in the Department of Social Work, Tee Tyler, Ph.D., LCSW, has developed a teaching approach, called the Interpersonal Classroom Model (ICM), designed to help students talk across lines of difference in the classroom, such as race, religion and gender identity.
